Hi, I'm Amos. I'm a long-time member of sciencemadness most interested in the chemistry of aroma compounds, dyes, and pigments, and the items I sell are most often precursors to these. I am lucky to live very near a chemical company that sells to hobbyists, and I often buy things in bulk from them so that I can offer very low prices. I can confirm that Amos is a trustworthy seller. Most recently, I purchased many different alcohols and some phthalic anhydride from him. Everything was packed very safely, arrived quickly, and was quite affordable.

I second Amos as a very trustworthy seller. I was part of the alcohols group buy and spent about $130 in good faith, and the process went smoothly and rapidly. The 10 liquid items I ordered arrived safely and leak-free, and Amos even followed up about the condition of the materials once he saw they had been delivered.

After expressing interest in phthalic anhydride, he included the amount I wanted with the alcohols order even though I had not yet paid, to save shipping.
